Who is responsible

This non-commercial fan site is run by Support Predict UCL. For any privacy question or request, contact support@predictucl.com.

What the site stores

The site has no accounts and no sign-in. Your match predictions exist only in the open page and are not saved or sent anywhere.

Your cookie choice is stored in your browser's local storage (key "analytics-consent") for 12 months so we do not ask again on every visit. It never leaves your browser.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Google Cloud Run. Requests reach it through Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.), which provides the domain, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and protection against attacks. To deliver pages, both providers process technical request data such as your IP address, browser type and request time, including in server logs. This is necessary to run the site securely (legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Cloudflare may process this data in the USA; it is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Google Analytics

Only if you click "Accept", we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, approximate location (country/city), device and browser type, referring site and interactions such as scrolling. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).

Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA, which is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Google signals and advertising features are disabled. Analytics data is retained for 2 months.

Cookies set after consent: "_ga" and "_ga_<ID>" (distinguish visitors and sessions, up to 2 years). If you do not accept, Google Analytics is not loaded at all.

Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw your consent at any time via "Cookie settings" in the page footer. Google Analytics cookies are then deleted and no further data is collected. Withdrawal does not affect processing that happened before it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent. Contact support@predictucl.com to exercise them. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in your country of residence.
